Poem on A Peak of Architecture !

-KUMBHALGARH-

Built in stone

Erected on a mountain

Spraulled over Aravalis

Stands a great Royalty of once upon a time.

Mandan drew

A somber sillhoute atop

A wall of royal escourt

Assisted by bastions.

Now, a monument

Was a home to his highness

Temples to god 

And Was refuge amidst Mewad and Marwad.

The topography of the place

The character of fort

And conduct of Regal

With no doubt is alike. 

Formidable by all means

The fortress in the wilderness

Gave birth to Maharana Pratap

One of his kind.
